  • Audio and Audibility:
    • Several attendees noted difficulty hearing some presenters, especially those who were softly spoken or had their heads turned away.
    • Outdoor presentations, while valuable for context, posed challenges in audibility—particularly under breezy conditions.
    • Suggestions included: use of an amplifier or microphone for certain presenters.
  • Sustainability Practices:
    • One suggestion was to ask attendees to bring their own mugs and plates to reduce waste.
